Here’s a solution for Family Homelessness – who in Savannah can step up to this one!

This seems like a “Housing Fund” that works too! Need to get this to Savannah’s new Affordable Housing Fund Advisory Board appointed by City Council in their last session of 2011!

Here’s the Advisory Board list from City Council Minutes for 12-29-11:

Appointments to Boards, Commissions and Authorities. Appointments to the Savannah Housing Fund Advisory Board.
The following people were recommended to the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund Advisory Committee:
Robin Haddock (RLH Development);
Tyrone Ware (Woodville Neighborhood Association);
Suzanne Donovan (Step Up Savannah);
David Douse (Carver State Bank);
City Staff, Assistant City Manager of Public Development Stephanie Cutter;
Georgia Legal Services Program,
Edward (Ted) O. Henneman, partner with Hunter Maclean, whose practice focuses on affordable housing and financing.
Upon motion by  Alderman Thomas; seconded by
Alderman Jones and carried, the appointments were approved.
