DNA’s Quarterly Meeting – Everybody’s welcome!
And that means EVERYBODY!
Put Tuesday, November 9, 6pm for registration, event starting at 6:45pm at the Visitor Center on MLK, free parking at the Visitor Center – meeting in the History Museum!
This meeting provides an opportunity for all interested in & concerned about how homelessness could be dealt with compassionately, effectively, economically & humanely to be here to share your views, find common ground & move the community as a whole forward on this most precious of issues.
We will be there, Advocating for “Loving the Homeless“. But that Love should be shown with Action (see Project Live Love), a kind of “Love in Action” approach that our friends in Atlanta are exporting outside the beltline (285 for those of you not familiar with Atlanta)! They have taken PLL to Jacksonville, so we are trying to get it to Savannah – after all it is a Georgia Grown thing, but wait, Jesus started the Love Thy Neighbor thing didn’t he?
We all in today’s time are tasked with living the Love & demonstrating that we truly care for all people, in our case those experiencing Homelessness.
So come out, express your viewpoints but most importantly look for opportunities to meet the needs of all who have an interest in this issue being dealt with civilly, honestly, respectfully & lovingly!
We look forward to seeing YOU there!
