Call to all Savannah Medical Schools & Health Care Educational Programs: We need MORE –> Street Medicine: Making House Calls to People Without Homes | haRdLy NOrMal

Street Medicine: Making House Calls to People Without Homes | haRdLy NOrMal.

We need more attention to the needs for & improved outcomes from Street Medicine in Savannah GA!

It is part of the need to get a Housing First (Permanent Supportive Housing) Model going in Savannah to end Chronic Homelessness in Savannah!

While we need to House our Chronic Homeless we also need to provide services to them when they won’t come to the normal suspects for treatment & as a solution to them showing up at our Emergency Rooms (the most costly solution both in dollars to the taxpayers & in their overall health outcomes, cutting short their lives & making their existence & sustenance less than humane).

With this outreach to the students & those who train them we are recruiting more medical technicians & more people to be educated n our medical schools & training programs!

Please watch this trailer & read the above-linked blog post to get a flavor of the impact you can make in this effort!
